Meet the People Behind Avella.

Avella Homes was founded by Zoran Boskovski and Jason Bloxsidge, bringing together two different backgrounds and a shared vision for a better approach to housing.

Zoran brings extensive experience in engineering, construction, and project delivery, including involvement in major Australian resources projects such as INPEX and Chevron. With a practical understanding of how complex projects come together, Zoran focuses on the technical, manufacturing and operational side of Avella Homes.

Jason brings experience in business development, marketing and strategy , supported by a Master of Business Administration (MBA). With a background in building businesses, developing partnerships and communicating complex ideas simply, Jason focuses on growing Avella Homes and creating a straightforward customer experience.
