1.2 By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions.
1.3 These terms govern the use of our website, including browsing home designs, accessing information, submitting enquiries and requesting quotations.
1.4 Separate terms and agreements apply to the purchase, supply, delivery and installation of Avella modular homes.

2. About Avella Homes
2.1 Avella Homes is a Western Australian business specialising in the supply of modular homes.
2.2 We offer customers two purchasing pathways:
Supply Only: Customers purchase their modular home directly from Avella Homes and independently arrange installation and associated onsite building works.
Supply + Install: Customers purchase their modular home from Avella Homes and separately engage a registered building partner to undertake onsite building and installation works.
2.3 Under the Supply + Install pathway, customers enter into two separate contracts, generally signed at the same time:
A Home Supply Agreement with Avella Homes.
A Building or Installation Agreement with the registered building partner.
2.4 Each agreement outlines the respective parties' obligations, scope of work, costs, payment terms and responsibilities.
2.5 Avella Homes does not represent itself as the registered builder responsible for onsite installation works undertaken by its building partners.
